Lancaster County
211 is often the first call for help from those that are unhoused or at-risk of housing instability. Since 2008 United Way of Lancaster County’s information and referral center (formerly LINC, now known as PA 211 East) has been tasked as the primary entry point for homelessness related services. For nearly 20 years we have served thousands of neighbors seeking vital resources aimed at maintaining or obtaining housing by providing referrals and completing intake assessments for the Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness.
