When disasters strike, 211 staff immediately begin gathering resource information to aid survivors with their needs. Additionally our affiliation with the Berks County COAD and Lancaster County VOAD allow our center to be present and up-to-date when disasters, natural or man-made, occur. During prior disasters our contact center has assisted by acting as the contact center for survivors reporting their needs for cleaning up as well entering needs in Crisis Cleanup.
